Work directly with children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Sessions may take place in clients’ homes, schools, or community settings depending on the child’s treatment plan.
Starting Pay: $18–$20+ per hour
Training provided • Opportunities for professional growth
We’d love to learn more about you. Tell us a little about yourself, your experience, and why you’d like to join Autism Team.
At Autism Team, we believe great ABA starts with great people. We’re looking for kind, patient, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children, helping them develop meaningful skills, build confidence, increase independence, and celebrate progress along the way. You’ll receive guidance and training from our BCBA and become part of a supportive team that wants you to succeed, too.
Meaningful Work
Go home knowing your time mattered. You’ll have the opportunity to see the children you work with learn, grow, and accomplish things that once felt difficult.
Training & Support
New to ABA? That’s okay. Training is provided. You’ll receive hands-on guidance and ongoing support from our BCBA as you develop the skills needed to succeed in your role. We support team members in working toward certification, with a pay increase upon successful certification.
Room to Grow
We want our team members to grow with us. Build valuable experience in ABA and behavioral health, strengthen your professional skills, and take on new opportunities as Autism Team grows.
A Team That Cares
We’re building a company where employees feel valued, supported, and appreciated. When our team thrives, the children and families we serve benefit too.
You may be a great fit if you are patient, kind, playful, reliable, comfortable working one-on-one with children, willing to learn, able to follow a treatment plan and BCBA guidance, and excited to celebrate the little wins.
Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is wonderful, but prior ABA experience is not required for the right candidate.
You may be a great fit if you are:
Kind & Compassionate — You genuinely care about the children and families you serve.
Patient — You understand that progress takes time and every child learns differently.
Fun & Playful — You can turn learning into something a child looks forward to.
Dependable — You show up, on time and ready to work. Our children and families count on consistency, and we need team members we can count on too.
Positive — You notice progress and love celebrating the little wins.
Teachable — You’re open to feedback, training, and guidance from your BCBA.
Professional — You communicate well and treat families, coworkers, and clients with respect.
Committed — You understand that building trust and meaningful progress happens through consistency over time.
Working with children with autism is meaningful because the impact goes both ways. You’ll have the opportunity to help a child learn, grow, build confidence, and experience more successful days—but you may be surprised by how much joy they bring to yours.
The laughter, the connection, the personalities, and the pride of watching a child accomplish something they’ve worked hard for are what make this work so rewarding.
At Autism Team, we’re here to create brighter days together.
