Individualized ABA Services for Children & Families
Compassionate, evidence-based support where children live, learn, and grow.
We believe every child deserves support that recognizes their individual strengths, needs, and potential.
At Autism Team, we provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and families. We work collaboratively with families to build meaningful skills, encourage independence, and support children in the places they live, learn, and grow.
HOW WE CAN HELP ☀️
Individualized ABA services focused on meaningful skills that support each child’s growth, independence, and quality of life.
Services provided in natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings when appropriate.
We work alongside parents and caregivers so strategies and skills can carry over into everyday life.
Every child is different. Their support should be, too.

Sunny represents what we want every child and family to experience with Autism Team: brighter days from the very beginning, and brighter possibilities for the future.
We believe learning should be positive, encouraging, and filled with moments of connection and success. From a child’s very first session, our goal is to create an environment where they feel welcomed, supported, and excited to learn—because meaningful growth can happen while having fun.
And Sunny also represents where those everyday wins can lead. Through early intervention, individualized support, and family collaboration, children can build skills, confidence, and greater independence that support them for years to come.
We celebrate every step of growth—from the little wins happening today to the brighter possibilities of tomorrow.
We’re building our Autism Team with compassionate all-stars who genuinely enjoy working with children and celebrating their wins—big and small.
We’re looking for people who bring patience, positivity, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Experience working with children is a plus, but for the right person, training is provided.
If you’re looking for meaningful work where you can build relationships, learn valuable skills, and make a difference in a child’s everyday life, we’d love to meet you.
☀️Come grow with us. ☀️
Taking the first step doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.
Whether your child has recently received an autism diagnosis, you’re looking for a new ABA provider, or you simply have questions about whether our services may be a good fit, we’re here to help.
Talk with our BCBA and tell us a little about your child. We’ll answer your questions, learn about your family’s needs, and help you understand the next steps.
Tell us a little about your child and what brings you to Autism Team. Whether you’re new to ABA or looking for a new provider, we’re happy to answer your questions and help you understand your options.
You’ll connect with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst to discuss your child’s strengths, needs, and your family’s priorities. Together, we’ll determine whether Autism Team may be a good fit for your family.
Our team will help gather the information needed to verify benefits and begin the authorization process, when applicable. If you move forward with services, our BCBA will complete an individualized assessment to better understand your child and develop appropriate goals.
Once everything is in place, it’s time to begin! Your child’s services will be individualized around their needs and goals, with ongoing BCBA guidance and family collaboration.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that uses individualized teaching and positive reinforcement to help children develop meaningful skills. Goals are based on each child’s individual strengths, needs, and priorities.
We provide services in the places children live, learn, and grow, including homes, schools, and community settings, when appropriate for the child’s treatment plan.
Autism Team serves families throughout Utah County and Salt Lake County. Contact us to find out if services are currently available in your area.
You’re welcome to contact us whether your child already has a diagnosis or you’re still figuring out the next steps. Insurance requirements can vary, and we can help you understand what may be needed before beginning ABA services.
We work with insurance when coverage is available. Because benefits and authorization requirements vary by plan, we’ll help you understand the verification process before services begin. You can fill out our questionnaire and we will reach out to you!
The beginning of services is about connection, comfort, and getting to know your child. We want children to associate learning with positive experiences, so sessions incorporate their interests, preferred activities, and plenty of opportunities for success while the team begins working toward individualized goals.
Absolutely. Families are an important part of the team. Our BCBA works collaboratively with parents and caregivers to understand priorities, share strategies, and help skills carry over into everyday life.
Goals are individualized based on assessment, observation, family input, and your child’s unique strengths and needs. Your BCBA develops and oversees the treatment plan and monitors progress over time.
There isn’t one timeline that applies to every child. Recommendations depend on your child’s individual needs, goals, progress, and other factors. Your BCBA will continually evaluate progress and discuss recommendations with your family.
Our BCBA has extensive experience supporting children and families with a wide range of needs, including significant challenging behaviors. Contact us to discuss your child’s specific situation and determine whether Autism Team is an appropriate provider for their needs.
It starts with a conversation! Tell us a little about your child, and we’ll help you understand the next steps, including insurance verification and assessment when applicable.
We’d love to hear from you. There’s no pressure in reaching out—sometimes the first step is simply getting your questions answered.
From the very first session, our goal is for your child to feel welcomed, supported, and excited to learn—because brighter days don’t have to wait.
